– Herring with egg, tomato, and slobrok
– Cod in veil with homemade baguette, shrimps, and lemon
– Tuna mousse with homemade baguette, shrimps, and dressing
– Duck breast with red cabbage salad
– Pork tenderloin steak à la crème with mushrooms and onions
– Traditional Danish sausage (medister) with kale and caramelized potatoes
– Puff pastry tartlets with chicken and asparagus
– Risalamande with cherry sauce
– … and late-night snack – bread rolls with cold cuts 🌙
🍹 The bar opens at 17:30 and keeps the atmosphere going with wine, beer, schnapps, cocktails, and water.
